🌿 Important about inquiries
I cannot answer questions one hour before the LIVE broadcast, as I have to use the time for preparations.
Emails are answered as quickly as possible.
🌿 About page display (cache)
Due to caching on the website, it can sometimes appear as if you are logged out when you click into regular pages outside the members area. (courses, lessons, groups, forums)
This does not mean that you are actually logged out, and there is nothing wrong with your account.
Click on refresh the page in the browser, then you will be logged in again.
🌿 Membership and content
There are no hidden costs in Healing Room.
Everything is included in the membership: courses, LIVE broadcasts, forums and groups.
As a paying member, you are automatically registered for all courses and LIVE broadcasts, and can choose what you participate in.
💫 LIVE broadcasts
At least once per month, except in July, August or in case of illness.
Usually weekly broadcasts, with some exceptions.
🕊️ Login problems
If you are having trouble logging in due to an incorrect username or password:
Tips for easier login:
- Write down or print your username and password.
- You can save your login in your browser.
- You will remain logged in as long as you access via the browser.
- If you use a link from Facebook or email, you will probably have to log in again.
- Clearing your browser data will log you out of all sites
💫 After registration
After registration, you will receive an email confirmation.
Save these addresses in your address book:

[email protected]
This will prevent your email from ending up in junk/spam.
If the confirmation is already in spam, move it back to your inbox.
The system automatically sends out confirmations, receipts and notifications – remember to keep an eye on your email.
🌸 If the screen lock stops the video
All devices (PC, tablet, mobile) have a screen lock.
If the video stops when the screen lock kicks in:
- iPhone: Go to Settings → Display → Auto-Lock, and turn off Auto-Lock
- Or: Press the full-screen arrow → then the picture-in-picture button. The video will then open in a new window that ignores the screen lock.
💎 What does “Enrolled” mean?
Enrolled means enrolled.
As a logged in member it says Enrolled on all courses.
If you see Membership instead:
- You may be logged out, or
- Your membership is not active.
The course Healing Room User Guide always stands as Free.
Check membership below Profile → Membership.
You can renew your membership or create a new one (if your old one has been deleted).
🌿 Membership and payment
For changes, cancellation or replacement of cards:
Log in → click profile picture top right → Profile → Membership
Under My subscriptions:
- Click Change to change level
- Click Cancel to end monthly membership
12-month memberships do not renew automatically.
If a payment fails (e.g. insufficient funds or expired card), the system automatically tries several times within 14 days.
Should your membership expire, you can renew it by logging in.
If you change cards, payment/debit will occur within the next few hours or days.
🌿 About termination of membership
12-month membership expires automatically. There is no auto-renewal.
Accounts without active membership for more than one week may be deleted for security reasons.
Deleted accounts cannot be reopened - you must create a new membership.
Watch for email notifications from Healing Room (and check spam filters).
💫 LIVE broadcasts and replays
Click LIVE BROADCAST in the menu bar, or go to the course LIVE broadcast for members.
Usually weekly, at least once a month (not in July/August or in case of illness).
For replay:
1️⃣ Click My courses → Live Healing 2026 → Start course → Course Content.
2️⃣ Click profile picture top right → Profile → Courses.
3️⃣ Click Healing Room in the main menu and select the desired course in the course grid.
Reruns of previous courses (e.g. 2022) can be found under the respective course.
User guide video recommended.
🌸 Search function
On the main page you can search for courses by: Alphabetical, All categories or Newly created (newest first).
To find Live Healing 2025:
Select All categories → LIVE healing and meditation.
💎 How to save your favorite videos
Under each video you will find the button “Save as favorite”. The video is saved under My course favorites.
You can find it like this: First, click on your profile picture in the top right to open the menu.
Then select Profile to go to your profile page.
In the profile menu, click My course favorites to watch your favorite videos.
You can return here at any time to find the videos you have marked as favorites.
🌿 Password and login
Forgot password:
Click Forgot password? on the login page.
Follow the instructions in the email (may take a few minutes – check your spam filter).
You can also change your password below. My account → Edit profile → Account details.
Blocked account:
After too many incorrect attempts, you will be blocked for about 10 minutes.
If you are unsure of your password, use Forgot password?.
🕊️ Groups and forums
Groups:
Works like Facebook groups.
You can create your own groups (public for all members, or private for invited people).
Forums:
Has many topics for posts and discussions.
Remember respectful communication.
