Membership applies to 1 person.

• Content in the Healing Room cannot be shared with others. The password for login is personal and for 1 user only. 
• 12-month membership: You pay a one-time fee by Visa/credit card upon registration. Expires automatically after 12 months. You can then renew your membership. 
• Monthly: You pay monthly. The membership runs automatically every month until you choose to end the membership. You are responsible for ending your membership before the next due date via the User Guide/Dashboard tab. Here you will find a link to end your monthly membership. If you need support to change or end your membership, it can be done on weekdays Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm. Except during the holiday closure.

You get access to:

• Attend LIVE courses in healing and spiritual development. You can also watch the courses in replay in the Healing Room.
• Participate in live broadcasts for members or the public at least once per calendar month, excluding the holiday months of July and August, or in case of illness. Topics will be created during the live broadcast. You can also watch the live broadcasts in replay in the Healing Room.
• Focused meditations are recorded outside of live broadcasts. They are shorter and more direct on a topic.
• Healing Movement. Healing and meditation in movement.
• Music. You get access to streaming sound healing and guided meditation CDs. The same ones that are in the online store.
• Audiobook and E-book. You can read it as an E-book and listen to the audiobook. Narrated by Runar Halonen. Read more about My Incredible Transformation in the online store.
• Join the Facebook group "Healing Room"
• You will be added to the group if you are registered with one of the paid memberships in Healing Room. 

Please check that you have provided the correct information. If you have provided incorrect information and the package is returned to us, you must pay postage costs for the shipment, the return and the new shipment.

Remember to check your spam filter/junk mail if you do not receive order confirmation/payment information by email.

• PAYMENT
  You can safely shop with us using Stripe, Visa/credit card or Vipps. The payment service providers are major players in Norway and have good and secure routines.
  
  
• DELIVERY TIME
  Items will be shipped within 5 business days.
  
  
• UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
  Once the package has arrived at your local collection point, it must be collected within 2 weeks. If you do not collect the package and otherwise remain passive, this will not give us any indication as to why the package has not been collected. You have then not met the requirements set for you according to Sections 11 and 13 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, and therefore lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. You will then be charged a fee of NOK 350 to cover our postage/return postage costs as well as our administration costs.

  We follow Norwegian law, and according to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have a 14-day right of return on all goods you buy online. This means that you can return the package if you are not satisfied or if you have changed your mind. Keep the original packaging and do not remove any labels if you are not sure whether you want to keep the item.
• You yourself are responsible for the return shipment and must pay the return postage. Shipments sent without tracking are sent at your own risk.
• As soon as the return has been checked, the balance will be paid to the specified account number.
• NB! Postage costs are not refunded unless there is a fault or shortage in the item.
