Welcome to a new weekend course in healing and meditation on beautiful Venabu Mountain Hotel, located on the mountain pass between Østerdalen and Gudbrandsdalen – south of Rondane National Park, approximately halfway between Trondheim and Oslo.
Our previous course in 2023, 2024 and 2025 was a great success and was fully booked early. Venabu Fjellhotell offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for energy work, healing and meditation.

We live in a time of great change in consciousness, where we are becoming more sensitive. It is important to strengthen our inner self to stand firmer within ourselves – and bring the light and wisdom of the soul into everyday life.
The course focuses on our internal resources and the spiritual power that is growing in this time. Runar guides you through powerful meditations he has channeled, as well as spontaneous ideas along the way.
The meditations will highlight your true self, allowing you to discover your natural spiritual abilities – which is found in all people. The common thread of the course is the amazing power of emotions.
The course is open to everyone, and it is 40 places available.

🌿 Community and atmosphere
We start the weekend with group healing and meditation Friday evening. We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner together – with both socializing and time for silence for those who want it.

☕ Coffee, tea and water are included. Soft drinks such as soda or other beverages are paid for at check-out.

🥗 Food and wishes
Are you vegan, vegetarian or allergy sufferer, please let us know when registering. The menu can be adapted as far as possible. You can also contact the hotel directly if you have any questions about the food.
🚗 Travel
Venabu Fjellhotell is located on the mountain pass south of Rondane National Park. Are you traveling with train or bus to Ringebu, it is recommended to book tickets well in advance.

Includes all meals, coffee, tea, water and the course from Friday evening to Sunday.
Deposit: NOK 1,000 upon registration
Remaining amount: NOK 4,360,- will be invoiced upon maturity April 20, 2026

It is possible to register after the deadline if there is space available.
Registration is binding from this date. A full refund will be given if the course is cancelled by the organizer.
You will share a double room with another course participant. This is best suited for those who have agreed to share a room in advance. If you do not have an agreement, we cannot guarantee a double room – you may then be put in a single room at a slightly higher price.
