Sound healing is a powerful tool that arises in the moment – a deep, intuitive energy that creates balance and opens up for transformation.
I experience it as a precise and penetrating power, often like a needle of light that hits exactly where the energy is needed.

When I channel sound healing, my voice is used as an instrument of energy. The sound carries the frequencies, and the body responds immediately – as a vibration, heat, or flow of energy.
Sound healing is always adapted to the energy the client or group needs here and now.

Many people experience the sounds for the first time as unfamiliar, but the effect is felt immediately. Sound, in its purest form, touches deeper layers than words. We know from nature and music that sound affects us – it can energize, calm or awaken memories.
In sound healing, I let the sound flow freely, without control. The voice channels the energies that work where they are needed most. Through internal images, I see how the sound moves and works in the body, mind and energy.
