Channeled music by Tron Syversen and channeled sound healing by Runar Halonen. Runar states:
“When Tron and I decided to make a healing CD, we had no particular plans for how we would make it. We simply decided to channel his music and my voice at the same time. Thus, the CD was created through a spontaneous union of Tron's musical creativity and my healing abilities.
Sound healing is a powerful tool that occurs in the moment. I experience it as a profound force. The energy created by sound healing is in a way very pointed, and can best be described as a kind of needle energy.
Sound healing creates unique frequencies that are very specific to each situation. The energies use my voice as an instrument that reaches specific areas of your body or mind. The sound carries the energies. When sound is used, the body will respond immediately. It can feel like a vibration or a kind of flow in the body. Sound healing is always adapted to what the client or group needs. It may seem a little strange to some at first, but it is something everyone will recognize because the effect will be there immediately. We already know that sound has affected us many times through music, birdsong or other sounds. Music can be energizing, relaxing or disturbing. We all have different tastes in music and react differently to different music. As a healer, I do not control the sound that comes. There are different vocal sounds, both high and low tones. Through internal images I see where the sound specifically works on the client or in the group.
Several people have commented that it doesn't sound like my voice when the sounds come. Some have asked me after sound healing if I use any kind of instruments to create the sounds, but I don't. The healing energies create the sounds themselves by controlling my breath and mouth.
These tracks were created in the moment without any prior planning. We had never tried anything like this before we made these channeling recordings at Tron's cabin.
Runar and Tron have previously collaborated on several healing/meditation CDs, but this represents something completely new for both of them.”
