You will learn about the power of thought and the law of attraction that affects us all – whether we understand it or not.
Become more aware of what you create in your life, and understand the magnetic power of emotions.
How to set goals, manifest and achieve your dreams.

🕊️ Step 2 – The 12 Chakra System
✨ Theme: The 12 chakra system
There are chakras outside of the 7 main chakras.
In this step you work with all 12 chakras and their significance in the new era.
A deep and beautiful journey of light with meditation – you learn how to open and close the chakras, and feel the difference clearly.

🕊️ Step 3 – The Infinite Levels of the Subconscious
✨ Theme: The Infinite Levels of the Subconscious
Here the third eye is activated – our ability to see and feel energies, a center that lies deep in the subconscious.
A deep journey of light and meditation through the subconscious, where Runar guides you intuitively through what is important for your development.

🕊️ Step 4 – Learning about healing / distance healing
✨ Theme: Learn about healing and distance healing
You will learn the methods Runar uses in his daily healing work.
About half of Runar's healing is done via distance healing.
You will receive guidance in preparation, how to raise your own energy, and how to perform distance healing on two people who wish to receive.
The course ends with a beautiful, integrative meditation.
