Welcome to a day where you have the opportunity to go deeper into yourself, calm your body and open up to new clarity and direction in your life.<\/p>\n

Through this 6-hour course, you will be guided step by step into relaxation, breathing, meditation and energy work. You will be given tools to let go of what is holding you back, while opening up to new possibilities and the life you want to create.<\/p>\n

This day takes place in the energy of the New Moon \u2013 a time often associated with new beginnings, inner reflection and setting a new direction. This can support you in the process of opening up to what is ready to grow in your life.<\/p>\n

A central part of the course is working on what I call the 4 vibrational fields<\/strong> \u2013 areas in your life where you can create change through awareness and inner work:<\/p>\n

\u2728 Work, career and chores<\/p>\n

\u2728 Relationships and communication<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You will be guided into how you can feel these areas on a deeper level, and how you can open up to new possibilities \u2013 not just through thoughts, but through energy, presence and inner awareness.<\/p>\n

Throughout the day you will experience how you can create a clear inner connection \u2013 where calm, security and clarity have more space. You will learn how to set goals and direction from a deeper level within yourself, and how this can impact your life in a holistic way.<\/p>\n

You will also get to know your subconscious, and experience how you can become aware of and release patterns that are stored deeper within you. This opens up more flow, clarity and inner freedom.<\/p>\n

We will move on to chakra and aura healing, where you will learn how the energy in the body can be balanced and strengthened. You will also learn simple and effective methods for self-healing, which you can take with you into your everyday life.<\/p>\n

The course ends with a calm and deep meditation, followed by a live sound healing with ambient music and Runar's voice - an integrative experience where the body and mind are allowed to land in what you have opened throughout the day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
